LNCC certification demonstrates that the RN has met experience and education requirements and passed the certification examination administered by the Accreditation Board for Specialty Nursing Certification (ABSNC).  A legal nurse consultant is a licensed R.N. who through professional nursing education, training, and experience has acquired the advanced knowledge to evaluate causation, damages, standards of care, and other medically related issued in medical legal cases and claims.
